I Broke my Pinkie at PE Class

I was at PE class and we were playing football. My friend Sara threw the ball to me. I tried to catch it but it hit my pinky. My eyes were watery I yelled "ouch" it was so purple and blue with a little bit of red and it was so swollen it was a little bit circuited. I got so scared. I told Mr.Huff if I could go get an ice pack. He said to wait until class was over I got mad. So when class was over. I went to the nurse. She said it was sprained.

It was time for me to go to my cross-country meet. When I was on the track running I hurt myself even more. I knew it wasn't sprained. I knew It was broken. When we got to school I called my dad to come pick me up. My dad finally got to my school. He told me what happened. I said I sprained my finger. He got mad at me for doing that.

We went to pick up my mom at work. She took me with the doctor. The doctor took some x-rays on my finger. My doctor came back to the room and said want to look at your broken finger. I was so scared when he said that because I've never broken a bone until now. I have to wear a cast for a week it HURTS! I am so annoyed having it on I can't wait till I get it off.
